Christmas Mini Sessions 2017 | NJ

My first successful mini session is complete! So, I asked my clients/ “like”rs on my Facebook page who would be interested in Pumpkin Patch mini sessions. I got so many great responses, but after contacting the farm and getting everything set up, giving them a month in advance to book, I only had one person come! I was so disappointed and didn’t know what I did wrong. So I reevaluated and tried it again.

I didn’t have a single person mention their interest in Christmas mini sessions to me, but I decided to do it anyway. I wrote about it on Facebook to see if there was any interest, said I’d have limited spots, ran a sale, and told them they’d be taking place in two weeks, so I needed responses early. This was all true, the weather was going to be too cold if I waited, so they had to be soon. I went to my parents’ house, put some ornaments on their baby pine trees, laid out a red blanket, made up some chalkboards, a banner, and some other Christmas-y decorations and it looked so cute! I got all 6 spots booked in less than 48 hours. It was so great! I met with new clients, old clients, friends, and family. It was also my boyfriends’ first time seeing me in action – he was my assistant 😉 I’ll probably be doing more in April for easter/ Mother’s day.
